California Training Coalition (CalTraining) specializes in the procurement of California funding to pay your company for corporate training programs. Our average client receives approximately $1,000 per trainee.
You can use our trainers or any combination of your own employees as trainers. The list of training topics is up to you and can be very diverse (ex: computer, management, quality, processes, procedures, environmental, production, equipment, etc.).
This money is not a loan or tax credits. It is a performance-based agreement. Your company is reimbursed per hour that an employee spends in a learning environment.

in excess of $13,000,000, one of which was successfully audited by ETP.
Northrop Grumman kept the majority of the funding on their bottom line
because they were able to utilize their own internal trainers for most
of the training. Their cumulative Return On Investment for training was
tremendous.

Esterline
is a repeat customer with multiple medium-sized divisions ranging from
